1. What we deliver

LEO STUDIO DESIGN LLC offers professional, individually commissioned services in brand strategy and identity, graphic design, creative direction, website and digital experience design, and creative consulting. We do not sell physical goods through this website.

2. Written project scope and quotation

Every paid project begins with a proposal or statement of work. Before payment is requested, this document describes the scope, expected deliverables, revision rounds, milestones or timing, fee, currency, payment schedule and applicable third-party expenses. We do not advertise fixed prices for bespoke work; the proposal contains the price offered for your specific request.

3. How deliverables are supplied

Services are performed remotely. Depending on the agreed scope, deliverables may include digital presentation files, logos, brand guidelines, exported design assets, website designs, consultation notes or other agreed electronic files. Delivery typically takes place by email, secure download link or another method agreed in writing. No physical shipping is involved unless a separate proposal expressly says otherwise.

4. Delivery timelines and client feedback

Timeframes are established individually in the accepted proposal rather than promised universally on this website. Some project stages depend on timely client input, content, approvals and feedback. Any material change to schedule or scope is discussed and agreed in writing.

5. Revisions, acceptance and ownership

The proposal specifies any included revision rounds and how additional requests are handled. Ownership of source files, licenses and final intellectual-property rights is governed by the accepted engagement documents, not implied by downloading materials from this website.

6. Invoices and payment options

Project fees may be invoiced for payment by business bank transfer or, when enabled, a secure Stripe invoice or payment link. We do not collect or store card numbers on this website. Charges, payment milestones, applicable taxes and currency are disclosed before payment in the relevant project documentation.

7. Service questions, problems and cancellations

For delivery questions, project changes, billing concerns or cancellation requests, email hello@leostudiodesign.it and include your project name and any invoice reference. Any adjustment, replacement of a deliverable, refund or amount due is considered under the accepted agreement, our Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable mandatory law.
