1. Nature of our services
LEO STUDIO DESIGN LLC supplies bespoke creative and consulting services. This website is informational: there is no direct online checkout. Paid engagements are entered into only after a written proposal or agreement sets out services, fees, timing and payment milestones.
2. Cancellation before a project starts
If you want to cancel before work begins, contact hello@leostudiodesign.it in writing. Any refund of amounts already paid is assessed under the accepted agreement and applicable law, taking into account only properly agreed or incurred third-party costs and other legally permissible deductions.
3. Cancellation after work begins
If a project is canceled after work has started, we will identify deliverables and services already completed, documented commitments made for the project, outstanding invoices and the value of any undelivered work. Any resulting refund or balance due is determined in accordance with the written agreement and applicable legal rights. We do not treat every deposit as automatically non-refundable.
4. Changes or postponements
Clients may request changes to the scope or schedule in writing. We will explain any impact on budget, milestones or delivery before confirming a revised arrangement.
5. Billing concerns and disputes
If you believe a payment or invoice is incorrect, email hello@leostudiodesign.it with your company name, invoice number (if available), the relevant project and a description of the issue. We will review the matter and provide a written response. Where a refund is approved, it is ordinarily processed to the original payment method, subject to processor timelines.
6. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy removes statutory cancellation, withdrawal, consumer, refund or other rights that apply under mandatory law. Additional project-specific terms are disclosed in the accepted proposal or agreement before payment is requested.
