This website is operated for LEO STUDIO DESIGN LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States. Registered business mailing address: 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE PMB R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States (not a walk-in office). Contact: hello@leostudiodesign.it. Creative collaboration is provided remotely for U.S. and international clients.

2. Services offered

We provide creative and professional services including brand identity and visual strategy, graphic design, art direction, web and e-commerce design, and digital consulting. Each engagement is individually scoped. Descriptions on the website are informational, not a promise of specific results.

3. How projects are commissioned

We begin with a written inquiry or consultation. Before any paid work starts, the client receives a written proposal or statement of work covering scope, deliverables, schedule, price, currency, payment milestones, revision allowance and relevant intellectual-property arrangements. A project becomes binding only when the applicable proposal or agreement is accepted and any agreed start conditions are met.

4. Pricing and payments

We do not display a fixed online checkout or collect payment-card numbers through this website. Custom quotes are issued based on individual requirements. If a client accepts a proposal, payment may be requested via business bank transfer or a secure invoice/payment link processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes, third-party expenses, currencies and due dates are specified in the relevant proposal or invoice.

5. Service delivery, changes, cancellations and refunds

The applicable engagement documents govern change requests, milestones and cancellation terms, subject to mandatory law. Before commissioning a service, review the Service Delivery Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy. Contact us promptly if you have a billing or deliverable concern.

6. Intellectual property

The site’s original design and content are protected under applicable intellectual-property laws. Individual contracts determine licenses and any transfer of ownership in commissioned deliverables. Third-party marks, editorial names and historical publications cited in our founder archive belong to their respective owners; reference does not imply endorsement or an ongoing commercial relationship.
