Creative work is scoped individually. You receive a written proposal before commissioning any paid service.
How are services priced?
We prepare custom quotes based on project scope, timeline and deliverables. Prices, applicable taxes and currencies are specified in the written proposal; U.S. dollar invoices may be offered to U.S. clients.
What will I receive?
Digital services and agreed files are delivered remotely, typically by email or secure file transfer. Your proposal defines deliverables, milestones, revision rounds and delivery format. Source-file transfer and intellectual-property rights are addressed in writing.
How do payments work?
After you accept a proposal, we may issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or a secure Stripe payment link. We never request payment-card details by email. Only secure invoicing or approved payment links are used when available.
Can a project be canceled?
Yes. Please contact us in writing. The project agreement, work performed, documented third-party costs and mandatory statutory rights determine any refund or balance due. See our cancellation policy ↗
How and when are projects delivered?
We supply agreed design files and consulting work digitally, generally by email or secure download. Delivery dates are specified in your accepted project proposal, not guaranteed as fixed site-wide turnaround times. Read our Service Delivery Policy ↗
